Individualized Treatment 

Each individual we see is treated as unique. There is no "one plan" or perfect pathway that works for everyone. We prioritize getting to know each patient in order to customize your plan so that it works for YOU!

Dry Needling

Dry Needling 

We offer AN-IMS treatments as an adjunct to active living to aid in recovery, or to help with chronic muscle and neuropathic pain. IMS sessions may only booked following an initial assessment to determine appropriateness and screen for contraindications.

Runner

Return to Sport

We offer evidence supported return to sport screening and planning as well as preventative exercise programming. Specialty areas are dance/high performance sports, and running. 

MRI Scan

Neurophysiotherapy 

We offer SHIFT Concussion Management for acute concussion and post concussive disorder. We also offer neuro rehabilitation and management for post stroke (CVA) recovery, Parkinson's, and MS.
